Nissan Trials - Conditions of Entry to Venue

The following are the conditions of entry for all persons attending the Nissan Trials event conducted by the Nissan Patrol 4WD Club of NSW and ACT Inc (“the Club”).

Conduct and Safety Measures

  1. Competitors and spectators must follow the direction of officials of the Club (who can be recognised by their brightly coloured vest and ID tag) at all times.
  2. No firearms, pyrotechnics, chainsaws, motorbikes, glass bottles or animals (dogs included) to be brought onto the event site. Vehicles may be searched at the entry gate and any such items will be confiscated
  3. For the comfort of all attendees, there is a general noise curfew of 11:00 pm on Friday and Saturday nights.
  4. Only competing vehicles, team managers and Nissan Club officials are allowed to drive vehicles around the competition area. Other vehicles are restricted to the camping and day parking areas.
  5. Speed limit for all vehicles within the event site (with the excepton of competitors on an event stage) is Walking Pace
  6. During the running of events all spectators are to remain in marked spectator areas.
  7. Competition officials will delay an event until spectators have moved as directed.
  8. If you are in an area where the recovery of a competitor's vehicle is occurring, spectators must move away from the recovery area, especially when a chain, cable or strap is being used in the recovery and follow the directions of the Club's event manager. It is especially dangerous to be within 1.5 times the total length of chain, cable or strap being used.
  9. RFS fire bans will be strictly enforced
  10. Wristbands must be worn at all times. Replacements will be issued free of charge on request (if damaged band handed in). Persons without wristband on will be asked to buy another.
  11. Respect the comfort of your fellow spectators

Persons failing to comply with these conditions of entry will be removed from the event!
