We are strongly committed to "Access for
All" in our National Parks and State Forests, protecting
the environment through the Tread Lightly policy of four wheel
driving and helping to "Clean Up Australia" by cleaning
up our bushland.
The Nissan Patrol 4WD Club supports Four Wheel Drive NSW & ACT (the peak body of 4WD Clubs in New South Wales) and the Outdoor Recreation Party
in their goal of maintaining access for all to our National
Parks and State Forests.
Since the early 1990's our club has been host
to the annual Nissan Trials,
which is an inter-club challenge testing the driving skills
of both individuals and teams and is one of the biggest events
in the 4WD calendar.
More recently, we have implemented the Son of Trials - a competition designed for standard 4WD's, with the emphasis
on fun compeition rather than hard-core action.
The Club holds its monthly General Meetings on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at the Veteran Car Club
Hall, 134 Queens Road, Five Dock starting at 8 pm. Guests
are most welcome.
We invite you to contact us if you would like to know more about the club's activities
and aims. |
